Event Details

At the March GCASTD learning event, Lisa Haneberg, vice president and OD consulting practice lead for Management Performance International (MPI) will review the new management acumen and discuss ways to make sure our training programs remain responsive and relevant.

Managers face great complexity and competing demands on their time. Instead of helping, communication tools such and email and meetings are monsters that eat time and put lives out of balance.

New technologies are changing the ways we connect and do business. Are management development programs keeping up with these and other emerging needs?  Let's explore these ideas together.
